As a kid growing up in Mounds View Minnesota and attending Totino-Grace High School in Fridley, Ethan “played just about every sport you can imagine.” He credits this with teaching him some important life lessons: from learning how to deal with failures to working with a team to accomplish a goal.
Participating in sports also helped Ethan develop some of his closest friendships, and a deep bond with his parents who owned and operated a baseball-softball training facility for 15 years. Ethan began working with them at age 16 and says, “My parents have influenced me the most when it comes to my work style and values…they’ve taught me what it takes to be a successful person but also a good human being.”
Ethan went on to the University of St. Thomas where he played baseball and earned a degree in Entrepreneurship. He then began working in the financial world and is now a licensed financial advisor. As he embarks on this new aspect of his career, Ethan is motivated by the opportunity to build connections. “I really enjoy the idea of creating friendships and meeting new people who I hope to help out financially.
Ethan and his wife Amber live in Hamel and welcomed their son Grayson in 2022. In their free time, they love trying new restaurants and breweries. Ethan plays in the Minnesota Amateur Baseball Association (otherwise known as “Townball”). “I also love to golf when I have the time…if it involves sports and I can compete against someone I will do that.”
While each advisor has a unique background and style, we share a common approach to service and investment.
